Free Shipping on Every Order
All IndyPendants medical alert systems ship free within the continental United States. There are no hidden shipping fees, handling charges, or activation costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground (free)
- Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days via UPS 2-Day Air (available for an additional fee — call 877-463-9736 to arrange)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Locations
- We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.
- PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping via USPS
- We do not currently ship to international destinations, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses

Every IndyPendants system ships with everything you need to get protected:
- Your medical alert device
- Charging cable and/or base station (varies by product)
- Wearable help button (pendant or wristband)
- Lockbox for emergency home access
- Quick-start guide with simple setup instructions
- Prepaid return shipping label (for returns or exchanges)
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or is missing any components, please contact us immediately at 877-463-9736 or support@myindypendants.com. We'll send a replacement right away at no additional cost.
