We want you to be completely confident in your IndyPendants medical alert system. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your system within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your subscription payment — no questions asked.

How to Return Your System

  1. Contact us by calling 877-463-9736 or emailing support@myindypendants.com to initiate your return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label — return shipping is free
  3. Pack all equipment in the original box (or any secure packaging) including the base unit, wearable device, charging cable, and lockbox
  4. Drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location using the prepaid label

Refund Details

  • Monthly plans: Full refund of the current month's subscription fee
  • Annual plans: Full refund of the annual subscription fee within 30 days; prorated refund for unused months after 30 days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned equipment
  • There are no restocking fees or cancellation penalties

Equipment Return Requirements

  • All equipment must be returned within 30 days of cancellation
  • Equipment should be in working condition with normal wear and tear
  • Damaged, missing, or unreturned equipment may incur a replacement fee
  • Equipment remains the property of IndyPendants at all times
